  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or consumed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will process your request as follows:

  • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Replacements: If you have requested a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, we will dispatch a new product to you at no extra cost, subject to availability.
